Irina Vishnevskaya

Irina Vishnevskaya is an experienced growth strategist with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and Strategy at Elayne since February 2025, Vishnevskaya previously led growth and community initiatives at Disco from September 2023 to February 2025, focusing on supporting the BCM community. At Cargo - Social Shopping, from September 2021 to September 2023, Vishnevskaya was instrumental in scaling the product catalog and enhancing customer experience as the Head of GTM, Growth and Operations. As the Founder of allé travel from January 2015 to November 2021, Vishnevskaya built a successful boutique travel consulting business that generated over $1M in annual revenue. Additionally, Vishnevskaya served as Managing Director and CEO at zip's brewhouse, launching one of Hungary's first brewery restaurants. Vishnevskaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
