Sue Owens

Sue Owens is a seasoned leadership development professional with extensive experience in coaching and training. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Lead at Virgin Care, a part-time role focused on enhancing leadership capability in alignment with organizational values and purpose since April 2012, Sue also operates as an independent coach, trainer, and facilitator since January 1990. Sue is a licensed MBTI user and holds an ILM Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Applied Social Studies, and a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science. Recently retired as of January 2024, Sue Owens has dedicated their career to fostering effective leadership and organizational development.
