Joe Flower

Joe Flower serves as the Chief of Staff to the General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer at Virgin Media O2, a role held since February 2021. Prior to this, Joe was the Security Strategy Manager, focusing on the development and delivery of the Security strategy within the telecommunications and security sectors. Joe has extensive experience at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Business Planning Manager, People and Communications Manager, and Information and Performance Analyst from September 2016 to June 2021. Earlier, Joe contributed as a Research Analyst at the Collaborative Research Foundation from July 2015 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Geography BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Gloucestershire and studies at Clevedon Sixth Form and Clevedon Comprehensive School.
