Nicole Mitchell

Nicole Mitchell currently serves as the Head of Program Delivery and Head of HRIS Programme at Virgin Media O2, a position held since February 2021, along with roles as Senior Transformation Manager and Project Manager in People and Transformation, and Organizational Development for the VMO2 Joint Venture. Prior to this, Nicole Mitchell worked at Virgin Media from 2016 to February 2021, focusing on Lean Process Design and Project Delivery within People Operations. Nicole Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București, completed in July 2003.
