Currently serving as Director of Network Strategy & Engineering at Virgin Media O2, Paul leads the planning, design, and building activities for fixed and mobile networks, overseeing operations that support over 35 million customers. Paul's prior roles include VP Planning & Engineering at Liberty Global, where significant contributions were made in integrating teams and delivering innovative broadband solutions to millions of homes. With a strong educational foundation in Astrophysics and Economics, Paul has also held various leadership positions at Virgin Media, Baringa Partners, and Accenture, demonstrating expertise in technology strategy, operational improvement, and network economics.
