Rachel Graham is an accomplished communications and digital marketing professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and retail sectors. Currently serving as Head of Network Engagement at Virgin Media O2 since April 2016, Rachel is responsible for crafting engaging communications that inform stakeholders about the latest developments in the company’s network offerings. Prior to this, Rachel held a role as Proposition Communication Specialist at O2 (Telefónica UK), where efforts focused on promoting new products. Rachel began their career at Festival Place, progressing from Marketing Assistant to Digital Communications Co-ordinator and later to Digital Marketing Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in digital strategy and audience engagement. Rachel holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Southampton and a CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College.
