The Virgin Media O2 leadership team has a history of working in telecommunications and technology companies, as well as in academia and consulting. Many on the team have worked for Virgin Media or O2 in the past, in roles such as sales, marketing, strategy, and network management. The team also has experience working for other companies in the telecom industry, such as Telefonica, CenturyLink, and Vodafone. In addition to their work experience, the team members have degrees in fields such as engineering, law, business administration, and physics.
