Paul Quilietti

Paul Quilietti has over 25 years of experience in construction, core networks, and new development, currently serving as Delivery Manager (Civil Engineering) at Virgin Media since June 1994. In this role, Paul leads a team responsible for the build, activation, and delivery of new access network infrastructure for both business and residential premises, ensuring projects meet required standards, timelines, and budgets through effective program management and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Paul has managed new build and diversionary works network expansion projects, coordinating contractor efforts and collaborating with local authorities. Paul is an alumnus of Castlebrae High School and Jewell & Esk.
