Robert McDougle is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Virgin Media O2 since March 2023. With a long tenure at Virgin Media Business since May 2015 as a Principal Support Engineer, and prior experience as a Telecommunications Engineer at Virgin Media from September 2009 to May 2015, Robert has played a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the HFC Network for residential and business customers across Bradford, Wakefield, and Halifax.
