Helen O'Carroll

Helen O'Carroll is an experienced GIS Network Inventory Manager at Virgin Media Ireland since September 2018, with a robust background in geospatial analysis and network planning. Prior roles include GIS Specialist at SIRO from June 2015 to September 2018, and Advanced Fibre Designer at Service Stream in 2013, where responsibilities included preparing as-built drawings and splice plans for the NBN project. Additionally, as Network and Fibre Planner at e|net from 2007 to 2013, Helen managed the implementation of GPS units for network maintenance and conducted desktop surveys. Previous experience as a Land Surveyor at Datum Surveys Ltd involved various surveying tasks, and early roles as a Student Cartographer at Ordnance Survey Ireland provided foundational skills in cartography. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from Technological University Dublin and additional certifications in AutoCAD and Project Management.
