Joanna Parus

Joanna Parus has extensive experience in engineering and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a DOCSIS/Access Engineer at Virgin Media Ireland since July 2015, Joanna coordinates capacity expansion works and collaborates with field technicians to enhance network performance. Previous roles include a Team Leader position at UPC Chello, where Joanna supervised a team of engineers and controllers, as well as positions as a NOC Engineer and NOC Controller, providing support and monitoring services. Joanna's earlier experience includes work as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Intel Corporation and a Network Designer at Infotel Spolka z o o, along with a brief work experience in Network Management at Telekomunikacja Dzień Dobry S.A. Joanna holds a Master of Science in electronics and telecommunications from West Pomeranian University of Technology and a certificate in first line management from the National College of Ireland.
