Niamh Manek

Niamh Manek is an experienced professional with a strong background in billing and project management, currently serving as the Billing and Collections Operations Manager at Virgin Media Ireland since April 2015. Niamh has also held roles such as Billing/IT Analyst, providing comprehensive support for various billing activities and analyzing revenue impacts. Prior to this, Niamh owned and operated Red Bee Ltd, focusing on website development and project management for small to medium enterprises. Previous experience includes project management positions at eircom and EDS, where significant projects such as business support system upgrades and telecom billing system implementations were successfully managed. Niamh began a career in programming at AIB, transitioning towards business analysis and project management in the telecommunications sector. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Computer Programming from Dundalk RTC.
