Jennie Dickinson

Jennie Dickinson is an experienced professional in quality assurance and team management, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Virgin Media O2 Business since October 2021. Jennie also founded MHCA online in September 2018, where a volunteer Peer Support Team is managed, providing online assistance to individuals struggling with mental health issues. Prior to this, Jennie held various roles at Virgin Media Business from March 2008 to October 2021, including Team Manager for both the Margin Assurance and Billing Teams. Early career experience includes an Administrative Assistant position at Phoenix Futures from September 2006 to March 2008. Jennie completed education at Balshaw's High School in Leyland, finishing in May 2002.
