Allessandra Colucci

Allessandra Colucci has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Allessandra most recently worked as the Senior Director of Production and Artist & Repertoire Administration at Virgin Music Group starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at mtheory LLC from 2014 to 2022, including Senior Director and Director of Production and Artist & Repertoire Administration. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing and developing label services, supply chain distribution, and operational departments. Allessandra also designed and implemented distribution operation services and content management systems. Allessandra demonstrated their strong organizational skills by overseeing product life cycle management and coordinating complex technical set-up operations. Allessandra also conducted multiple catalog integrations, significantly expanding mtheory's catalog. Earlier in their career, they worked at TuneCore as a Video & Artist Specialist and Artist Support and Labels Relations Specialist.
