Gary Pappani

Gary Pappani has extensive experience in the music industry, with a focus on marketing and communications. Gary is currently the VP of Artist & Label Marketing at Virgin Music Group, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ingrooves Music Group as a VP of Artist and Label Marketing, starting in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Gary was a Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant in the entertainment and brands sector. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at M80 from 1999 to 2014. Additionally, Gary has held roles such as Label Manager at M80 Music, Marketing Manager at 1500 Records, and worked in radio promotion at Revolution/Giant Records.

Gary Pappani attended San Jose State University from 1991 to 1995, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.
