Joy Larocca

Joy Larocca has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Joy then joined Atlantic Records in 1993 as the VP of Finance. In 2007, they moved to Warner Music Group and held the positions of Vice President of Finance and VP of Global Business Intelligence. In 2013, they joined mtheory LLC as the CFO and COO. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Virgin Music since 2022.

Joy Larocca attended the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
