Andrew Bartley

Andrew Bartley has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Andrew has held various roles in data management, engineering, and analysis. Andrew started their career as a Research Associate at EpigenDx in 2009. Andrew then worked at Theta Chi Fraternity, where they served as President of the Epsilon Building Association and Risk Manager. At EMC, Andrew worked as a Lab Systems Engineer and later as a Senior Business Analyst, where they completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project and created metrics for cost and time savings. Andrew then joined Kraft Analytics Group as a BI Data Warehouse Developer and later became a Senior Data Engineer, where they focused on SQL, Python, PowerShell, ETL pipeline automation, and AWS infrastructure maintenance. Currently, Andrew is working at Virgin Pulse as a Director of Data Governance and Management, where they oversee data systems and reporting. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated leadership skills, mentoring junior employees, and achieving significant cost savings for organizations.

Andrew Bartley has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from Brandeis University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology & Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which was earned from 2006 to 2010. Along with their education, Andrew has additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from Dell EMC and EMC respectively. Andrew also holds certifications in Cloud Architecture, IT-as-a-Service, Virtualized Infrastructure Specialist, and Information and Storage Management, all obtained from EMC.
