Rich Gebbia

Rich Gebbia has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Rich is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Virgin Pulse since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at Fidelity Investments from February 2022 to January 2024. Rich also served as the Principal and Regional Health & Productivity Practice Leader, Account Executive at Buck from December 2009 to March 2022. Additionally, they held various positions at Conduent, Conduent HR Services, ERC Dataplus, ADP, Workbrain (acquired by Infor), and ProAct Technologies (acquired by Workstream).

Rich Gebbia attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they obtained a BBA with a focus on International Management. Rich also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership at Ashford University.
