Charles Steadman

Charles Steadman is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage Experience and Strategic Partnerships at Virgin Voyages, Charles has held influential roles at notable companies such as 1 Hotels as Beverage Director, where a comprehensive wine list was developed, and as Managing Partner at Lantana Jacks, LLC, where a multi-outlet food and beverage program was implemented. Charles also contributed to national initiatives for Remy Cointreau while at Luxe Libations, LLC, and was instrumental in establishing high-revenue beverage programs at The Breakers Palm Beach. Additional consulting roles with Strategic Experiential Group and Grand Marnier Mixology further showcase Charles’s expertise in brand development and cocktail creation. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Charles also completed the Beverage Alcohol Resource '09 class.
