Samantha Jacobs

Samantha Jacobs is an accomplished professional in the entertainment technical operations field, currently serving as Director of Entertainment Technical Operations at Virgin Voyages since November 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Samantha spent a decade at Holland America Line, where various positions included Manager of Entertainment Technical, Entertainment Fleet Manager, Production Manager, and Audio Technician. Samantha holds a degree in Audio Arts & Acoustics with a focus on Live Sound Reinforcement from Columbia College Chicago.
