Prior to a career in real estate, Fleck held management positions in accounting and finance, including roles as Accounting Manager at Fahrenheit Finance and Benedictine High School. Additionally, significant experience was gained as Director of Finance and Human Resources at The Children's Museum of Wilmington and as a Senior Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Fleck also managed group fitness classes as Group Fitness Manager at American Family Fitness, highlighting skills in coordination and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
