Andrea Simmons

Andrea Simmons, M.Ed., DiSC, CCMP, MBTI, KFLA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, career, and competency development. Currently serving as the Founder of INSPIRED Transformations & Solutions, LLC since February 2025, Andrea focuses on empowering individuals and organizations through integrated coaching and consulting services. As a Program Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation since June 2018, Andrea has successfully executed change management strategies, aligned leadership competencies with corporate values, and enhanced productivity through targeted interventions. Previous roles include Senior Employee and Organizational Development Consultant at the Virginia Department of Social Services, Career Coach and Experiential Learning Coordinator at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, and Director of Education at Medical Careers Institute. Andrea holds a Master's in Leadership of Educational Organizations and a Bachelor's in Business Administration focused on Human Resources from American InterContinental University.
