Marc Cioffi

Marc Cioffi is an experienced transportation engineer with a strong background in land use permits and traffic operations, currently serving as an Assistant Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation since September 2011. Previous roles at the Virginia Department of Transportation include Transportation Engineer Supervisor and Area Traffic Engineer. Prior to this, Marc Cioffi held the position of Senior Transportation Engineer at VanasseDaylor, a Weston & Sampson Company, and worked as a Project Engineer at Hole Montes Inc. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Civil/Traffic Engineer with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Marc Cioffi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
