Matthew Bonacci possesses extensive experience in traffic engineering and program management, with over a decade at the Virginia Department of Transportation where roles have included Program Manager for the Signals & Arterials Group and Acting Regional Traffic Operations Manager. Previous positions at Pennoni Associates and Manganaro Midatlantic provided foundational experience as a Traffic Engineer and Project Engineer. Matthew Bonacci holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and has completed studies at Gloucester County Community College and West Deptford High School.
