Todd Springer

Todd Springer, PE, is an experienced civil engineer specializing in bridge design and project delivery. Currently serving as the Assistant State Structure & Bridge Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation since June 2014, Todd oversees bridge design and project delivery as well as geotechnical program areas. Prior roles include Program Manager in Bridge Maintenance/Management at VDOT and Senior Project Manager for transportation projects at CH2M HILL. Todd has held various engineering positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff and LEA Consulting Ltd., focusing on bridge engineering tasks such as structural analysis, design, and construction oversight. Todd also contributed to the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers as a director and began a career in engineering with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Todd holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
