Steven Retzloff

Steven Retzloff is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in the field of electromagnetic spectrum technology, currently serving as a Senior Engineer in the Research and Development Group at Virginia Diodes, Inc. since June 2014, where responsibilities include designing advanced components and system products for the THz portion. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at Virginia Diodes, including Senior Millimeter Wave Engineer, where leadership of the Custom Products Division involved millimeter wave system planning and audit compliance with ANSI/ESD standards. Previous experience includes roles as RF Test Engineer and ESD Program Manager, demonstrating expertise in microwave testing and ESD policy management, as well as a Back End of Line Module Leader at Qimonda focused on defect reduction and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Steven began the engineering career as a Parametric Engineer Intern at Micron Technologies. Steven holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
