Joyce Richardson Matthews

Joyce Richardson Matthews is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in Fairfax County Public Schools. Joyce currently serves as the XSTREAM Programs Coordinator at Braddock Elementary School and has held various teaching and leadership roles throughout their career. Joyce is passionate about integrating STREAM concepts into learning experiences and providing opportunities for students to explore future career paths. Additionally, Joyce has a background in technology education, staff development, and volunteer coordination in STEM/STEAM education. Joyce holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Virginia Tech.
