Moriah Allen

Moriah Berger Allen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Virginia Education Association since October 2022. Prior to this role, Moriah was the Assistant Dean at William & Mary Law School from July 2018 to September 2022, where Moriah advised law students on career paths utilizing a decade of experience in government and public interest law. Moriah's experience also includes serving as a Legal Advocate for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Corrections, and as an Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, where investigations and litigations of unfair labor practices were key responsibilities. Moriah began the career in labor relations as an Assistant to the President at Professional Staff Congress/CUNY. Moriah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Macalester College.
