Cecilia Ragazzi Pirani has extensive work experience in human resources and accounting roles. Cecilia started their career as an HR Analyst at AmBev in 2005 and then moved on to become an HR Coordinator at Gafisa from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Patria Investimentos as an Associate, where they were involved in various HR activities including recruiting, salary negotiations, training programs, employee surveys, and committees. Cecilia also organized team-building events to enhance employee engagement. Since 2018, Cecilia has been working at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation as a Compensation & Benefits Accounting Specialist, where they review benefit-related invoices, maintains employee payroll deductions, and updates and balances spreadsheets related to benefits.
Cecilia Ragazzi Pirani pursued their education starting in 2001 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2005. In 2015, they attended Portland State University for their Intensive English Program, focusing on English Language and Literature.
