Jessica Anderson, CPHQ LSSMB

Jessica Anderson has work experience in various roles and organizations. Jessica most recently worked as a Process Improvement Program Manager at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, where they developed and implemented continuous improvement methodologies across the organization. Prior to that, they were a Program Coordinator at the Oregon Primary Care Association, where they provided training and technical assistance for quality improvement initiatives. Anderson also worked as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant at Stephen Coats CPA, where they managed financial transactions and record keeping. In addition, they have experience as a Public Health Research & Fieldwork Intern at the School of Global Studies, Thammasat University, an EOPS, CARE, & CaLWORKs Interim Specialist at the College of Marin, and a Training Manager at In-N-Out Burger. Throughout their various roles, Anderson has consistently demonstrated a strong attention to detail, data analysis and improvement skills, and the ability to streamline processes for increased efficiency.

Jessica Anderson, CPHQ LSSMB, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's Degree in Mathematics at the College of Marin from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica became a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) in October 2021 through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Jessica also received a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in December 2021 and a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt in Healthcare certification from the same institute in August 2021. Additionally, they have been certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner by Prosci in April 2021. Jessica holds the Certified Kaizen Facilitator (CKF) and Lean Culture Certified (LCC) certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute, obtained in February 2021. Furthermore, they received the Green Belt Lean Certification for Healthcare from CareOregon in September 2019.
