Jessica Anderson has work experience in various roles and organizations. Jessica Anderson, CPHQ LSSMB, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's Degree in Mathematics at the College of Marin from 2011 to 2014.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica became a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) in October 2021 through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). Jessica also received a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in December 2021 and a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt in Healthcare certification from the same institute in August 2021. Additionally, they have been certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner by Prosci in April 2021. Jessica holds the Certified Kaizen Facilitator (CKF) and Lean Culture Certified (LCC) certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute, obtained in February 2021. Furthermore, they received the Green Belt Lean Certification for Healthcare from CareOregon in September 2019.
