Justin Srsic

Justin Srsic serves as the Legislative Director in the Office of Delegate Karrie Delaney at the Virginia House of Delegates since January 2024, previously holding the position of Session Aide in the same office. Prior to this, Justin was the Finance Director for Karrie Delaney for Delegate from August 2023 to January 2024. Experience includes roles at the Vermont Democratic Party as Senate Caucus Director and Municipal Organizing Director, where Justin organized campaigns for local elections. As a Chittenden County Field Organizer for the 2022 General Election, Justin contributed to community engagement efforts. Additionally, Justin served as AmeriCorps Resident Engagement VISTA at the Vermont Affordable Housing Coalition, facilitating community meetings and legislative education. Early career experiences include positions as a Peer Tutor at Marymount University, a Student Intern at the National Community Action Foundation, and a Community Liaison Intern at the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from Marymount University.
