Kristina Hagen

Kristina Hagen currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of Delegate Irene Shin at the Virginia House of Delegates, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Kristina held the role of Virginia State Director for the Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy from October 2020 to November 2023. Other notable positions include Executive Director and Caucus Services Director at the Virginia Senate Democratic Caucus, Campaign Manager for Friends for Flores, and multiple roles related to campaign management and organizing. Kristina began a career in politics in 2012, gaining experience as a Field Organizer for Organizing for America and an intern at the Office of Congressman Brad Miller. Education includes a BA Hons in Politics and Sociology from Durham University, completed in 2010.
