David Jonathan Kinsey

David Jonathan Kinsey is currently a Senior Tax Credit Allocation Officer at Virginia Housing, with previous experience in roles such as Vice President, Investor Syndication at PNC and Fund Development Specialist at CAHEC. David Jonathan has also worked as an Asset Manager for affordable housing properties subsidized with LIHTC. Prior to this, David was a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. David Jonathan holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Virginia Tech.
