Alana N. Harrelson

Alana N. Harrelson is an experienced professional currently serving as an Admin/Grid for the Sports Car Club of America since April 2023, where responsibilities include checking in drivers, verifying registration and safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with racing rules. In addition, Alana has been involved with VIRginia International Raceway since February 2022 as a Flagging & Communications team member, actively monitoring track conditions and managing emergency situations. As a freelance photographer since September 2015, Alana has captured various events and subjects, while also providing photo editing services through Adobe Creative Suite and managing personal business online presence. Alana previously worked as a Multimedia Marketing Assistant at Guilford College, documenting campus events from September 2017 to March 2020. Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Art: Photography and Environmental Studies from Guilford College, attained in 2021.
