Stover Howerton has extensive experience in technical and procurement roles, currently serving as a Data Center Technician at Salute Mission Critical since March 2020 and as a Flagging & Communications Technician at VIRginia International Raceway since February 2021. Prior positions include Cable Technician at IES Communications, Information Technology Support Technician at TEKsystems, and Purchasing Agent at Boise Cascade Company. Additional experience encompasses roles in warehouse utilities, office management, and various purchasing positions at Sunshine Mills, Georgia-Pacific, and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and technical support across multiple sectors.

VIRginia International Raceway is one of America’s premier road courses. VIR offers professional and amateur racing for modern and vintage classes while providing contemporary resort amenities. It is also a prominent test facility for the automotive industry. Located 200 miles from 20 million people, VIR has the distinction of being named one of the top six courses in North America and the most complete American version of the Nurburgring (Car & Driver).
