Kevin Cotter

Kevin Cotter has extensive work experience in the field of assets and inventory life cycle management. Kevin began their career in 1991 at Virginia International Terminals, Inc. as a General Maintenance Manager. Kevin then moved on to the Port of Virginia, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Assets and Inventory Life Cycle. In 2019, they joined The Port of Virginia as the Senior Manager of Assets and Inventory Life Cycle. Currently, they continue to work in this role.

Kevin Cotter attended Old Dominion University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.
