Aija Kroll

Aija Kroll has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Virginia Lutheran Homes Inc since October 2018. Prior to this role, Aija was the Grille Manager and Front Desk at Brandon Oaks Life Plan Community from September 2017 to October 2018. Aija began a career in employee training at Cracker Barrel, where tenure lasted from May 2006 to August 2017. Aija holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, completed between 2007 and 2009.
