Janet Hakki

Janet Hakki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janet began their career as an HR Assistant at Colortree Group, Inc. in 1999, where they worked until 2004. Janet then moved on to Mechanicsville Honda/Mechanicsville Toyota, where they served as an HR Administrator from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Janet joined the Virginia Association of REALTORS as an HR Coordinator/Staff Accountant. Janet quickly advanced to the position of HR Director/Staff Accountant in 2014 and continues to work for the company in this role.

Janet Hakki holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications - SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
