Ryan Price, AICP has a diverse work experience in both the public and private sectors. Ryan is currently an Appointee on the Joint Advisory Board of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Economist for Virginia REALTORS® starting in April 2021, and previously held the position of Deputy Chief Economist from September 2021 to April 2022.

Before their work with Virginia REALTORS®, Ryan held positions at LSA, starting as a Managing Director from April 2018 to December 2019, and later promoted as the President from January 2020 to September 2021. Ryan also worked as an Urban Planner for the City of Alexandria, Virginia from April 2013 to April 2018.

Ryan's career began as a Financial Analyst at Freddie Mac from September 2006 to March 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Mortgage Consultant at NVR, Inc. from June 2005 to August 2006. Additionally, they served as a Research Associate at the Center for Regional Analysis at George Mason University from March 2012 to March 2013.
