Jane Harris

Jane Harris is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Facilities and Capital Outlay at Virginia State University since March 2010, focusing on operations, planning, program management, design, and construction of campus facilities. Prior to this role, Jane held the position of Director of Capital Outlay, also overseeing similar aspects of campus facilities management.
