Melissa DiDonato is an experienced operations and general manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at The Virginian since October 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of General Manager at The Bungalow Alehouse and The Buffalo Wing Factory, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations.
