Carla Quaglio Evangelista

Carla Quaglio Evangelista serves as the People & Management Director at Virgo since December 2020, where responsibilities include strategic planning, cultural stewardship, and the execution of HR programs throughout the employee life cycle. Prior to this role, Carla held positions at Nubank, beginning as a Customer Experience Analyst and progressing to Learning and Development Analyst and HR Business Partner, contributing significantly in areas such as performance management and talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes a Commercial Management Internship at AES Brasil and a Marketing Internship at IBM, among others.
