Beth served as the GM - Global Commercial Leader Cell & Gene Therapy and was later promoted to the role of Global Customer Experience Leader. Beth also worked at GE Digital as the Chief Global Product Management - Commercial Digital Thread from 2017 to 2018.

Their career started at Life Technologies in 2005, where they worked as a Global Key Account Manager and Senior Bioproduction Specialist until 2012. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated their expertise in commercial strategy, team leadership, and relationship management.

Beth Thompson - Webb attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a bachelor's degree in both Biology and Business.
