Matt Nichols

Matthew Nichols serves as the Associate Vice President at Viridan Group since October 2022, focusing on executive recruitment within the renewable energy sector, specifically solar, wind, and energy storage markets. This role involves supporting developers and EPCs in identifying top talent throughout the project life cycle, from entry-level to C-Suite positions. Prior to this, Matthew held various consulting roles, including Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Consult Energy USA, and Senior Consultant at Connex Education and The Education Network. Matthew obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Criminology from Birmingham City University between 2012 and 2015.
