Alyssa Yenikomshian

Alyssa Yenikomshian is currently the Director of R&D Counsel at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2024 and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Inc. and the Armenian Women's Welfare Association, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this, Alyssa held the position of Associate Director, Contracts & Legal Counsel at Enanta Pharmaceuticals from March 2020 to August 2024, and served as a Senior Contracts Attorney. From June 2016 to March 2020, Alyssa worked at Mass General Brigham as an Associate II in the Clinical Trials Office, negotiating clinical research contracts. Earlier in the career, Alyssa held various legal roles at Health Law Advocates, Inc., Rosenfeld Rafik & Sullivan, PC, and Rosenfeld & Rafik, PC, beginning as a paralegal and advancing to attorney roles. Alyssa obtained a BA in Psychology, Spanish, and Community Health from Tufts University and a JD in Health Law from Suffolk University Law School.
