Shula Pollard

Shula Pollard, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc., where the focus is on leading scientific communications strategy and execution. Previous roles include Senior Director of Scientific Communications at Nēsos, where Shula Pollard managed multiple publication plans and compliance infrastructure for noninvasive neurostimulation therapies. At Greenwich Biosciences, both as Senior Advisor and Director of Scientific Communications, Shula Pollard contributed to the strategic communication efforts for cannabinoid products, including Epidiolex®. Additional experience spans positions at Allergan, CE Solutions, and W. L. Gore & Associates, with expertise developed in scientific writing, publications management, and product development for medical devices and therapies. Shula Pollard holds a PhD in Bioengineering from UC San Diego and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
