Robert Porjesz

Robert Porjesz is a highly experienced professional in seismic reservoir characterization and integrated reservoir modeling, currently serving as CS Technical Lead and Technical Business Manager for CO2 & Energy Storage and Monitoring at CGG since January 2011. Over the years, Robert has held various leadership roles, including Regional Manager for the APAC and EAME regions, and Director of Reservoir Characterization Technology and Global Technical Excellence. Responsibilities encompass technical and financial oversight of seismic projects worldwide, managing R&D teams, and leading sales and marketing initiatives, along with proposal preparation. Robert’s academic credentials include a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from Université P&M Curie and master's degrees in Geophysics and Geostatistics.
