Léonie Côté

IFLR Project Manager at Viridis Terra

Léonie Côté is the current IFLR Project Manager at Viridis Terra. Léonie has also worked as an Auxiliary researcher at Université Laval, a forestry intern at Resolute Forest Products, and an assistant research at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Côté has always been interested in the environment and agriculture and decided to pursue a career in this field. After completing their undergraduate degree in agricultural sciences, they worked in research for a few years before eventually becoming the Director of the Department of Restoration Ecology. In this position, they are responsible for leading the department and conducting research on how to restore ecosystems that have been damaged by human activity.

Léonie Côté has a Maîtrise en sciences forestières with a concentration in Foresterie from Université Laval, a Baccalauréat in Génie forestier from Université Laval, a Certificat in Enseignement from UQAR - Campus de Lévis, and a Baccalauréat in Biologie from Université Laval. Léonie also has a DEC in Sciences de la nature from Cégep de St-Félicien.

Their manager is Martin Beaudoin Nadeau, Founder & CEO. They work with Louis Guay - Chief Durability Officer, Marc-André Coulombe - Chief of Corporate Affairs, and Yves Pinsonneault - Chief Representative, United States.
