With a Master of Science degree in Biological Oceanography, Matt has worked as a Senior Research Associate at Viridos and previously held positions at Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Alltech. Matt also has experience in distillation at Copper & Kings American Brandy Company and Flavorman.
