Mads Dahl

Mads Dahl is an experienced professional in test development and operational management, currently serving as Division Director of Test Development and Chief Operating Officer at Virinco Technology AS since December 2020. Prior to this role, Mads Dahl spent over two decades at Eltek AS, where responsibilities included leading test engineering, process development, and certification for various R&D initiatives and volume products, culminating in the position of VP of Industrialization R&D. Previous positions held at Eltek AS included Global Test Manager and R&D Industrialization Director. Mads Dahl's career began in the mid-1980s as an electrician, progressing through roles at ABB and DEFA AS, where expertise in development engineering and test equipment for production was gained. Mads Dahl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microelectronics and Cybernetics from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
